New Air Jordan 11 “Georgetown” On Sale

This New Jordans 2017 is dressed in a Low Grey Mist, White and Midnight Navy color scheme. Featuring a full Grey mesh upper with Midnight Navy patent leather overlay. The shoe is completed with White laces and a White midsole sitting atop an icy translucent outsole. For those that can remember, an Air Jordan “Georgetown” Collection was first spotted back in 2012, which highlighted an Air Jordan 11 “Georgetown” colorway. We now have news that the Air Jordan 11 “Georgetown” will be releasing in a Low top version this Spring/Summer 2015. And we have a all the photos at what you can expect from the release. The Air Jordan 11 Low received this familiar Georgetown Hoyas colorway with a grey ballistic nylon base and navy patent leather paneling for yet another excellent edition of the low-top version of the iconic basketball shoe.
The 2017 Air Jordan Shoes arrives tomorrow, April 11th, 2015. The Hoya connection has always been an interesting one in the Jumpman lineage given that Mike completely shattered their 1982 championship dreams en route to a key moment in his personal history. Now we have learned that next month an Air Jordan 11 Low that traces back to Michael’s days at the University of North Carolina will be making it’s way to retailers as well. In 1982 MJ nailed the game-winning shot in the NCAA National Championship against you guessed it, Georgetown. Next month Jordan Brand will be releasing this Hoyas-inspired colorway of the Air Jordan 11 Low that will be a staple for the Summer. A blue patent leather along with grey mesh take over this shoe with a white midsole completing the Georgetown theme.
The original Jordans For Sale was released in 1995 with the same old Tinker Hatfield in a role of designer. The Air Jordan XI is considered by many to be one of the best sneakers of all-time. Michael Jordan was trying himself in baseball that time, but he still wore them when he came back. He also wore them in a movie Space Jam.This specific colorway doesn’t have an official nickname, although it resembles an unreleased, mid-top version from the XI from the ‘Georgetown’ collection that was on display at a Nike location in DC. The colors resemble that of Georgetown University, which is known as team that Michael Jordan faced in his first championship game while back at North Carolina. The then-UNC guard sunk a game-winner to win the title of course and was drafted that year by the Chicago Bulls. The Air Jordan XI is one of the most celebrated and most iconic sneakers to ever touch a basketball court. And this weekend, the legend of the Jordan XI returns, this time in a low-top “Georgetown” colorway.
