The exhibition will be attended by about 300 companies from each country, which will present their products in indoor pavilions and open spaces, as well as more than 100 Kazakhstani companies. Products manufactured by Kazakhstani plants meet modern tactical and technical characteristics and include innovative technologies of private development. For example, at the exhibition "KADEX-2016" will be presented JSC "Semipalatinsk Engineering", a Kazakh company that plans to enter the international market. In this regard, the plans of the domestic company include the sale of T-72 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles GAZhM-1 and armored personnel carriers BTR-70. It is the only plant in Kazakhstan that repairs armored vehicles and manufactures conversion equipment on the basis of military and military-engineering equipment. The armored SUV, which is 6.5 m long, 3 m high and has a maximum speed of 120 km / h, is fully protected from improvised explosive devices used in terrorist acts. The release of such equipment is a new stage in the process of formation of an independent Kazakhstani defense industry, taking into account the current trends in the development of weapons in the world. Today in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan there is almost no equivalent of such equipment as "Arlan". In addition, weapons and military equipment of the Land Forces and Navy, systems and equipment of the Armed Forces, special purpose equipment and property, IT-technologies, communication systems and equipment, logistics and technical equipment will be provided.
