Corporate Systems Support Department

Official salary: 28,119 rubles per month, bonus payment for the main results of activities in the amount of up to 35% of the official salary.

Working hours: 5-day 40-hour work week with two days off (Saturday, Sunday).

Job responsibilities:

1. Execution of works on support of information systems (IS) of TSU:

- primary processing of user requests within the IS support service,

- consulting IP users and solving user requests within the framework of their competence;

2. Creation of user documentation for information systems:

- testing the functionality of the IS as a user,

- development of IS documentation: IS User Guide, Technological regulations for work in IS, etc.,

- training of IP users,

- documenting and agreeing on the requirements for the finalization of the IS.

Qualification requirements:

Education and training requirements: higher education - bachelor's degree programs.

Professional development according to training programs recommended by the IS developer.

Requirements for practical work experience: at least six months at the previous qualification level in the field of IP support.
