Whilst far from perfect, I don't think a lot of the reviews do this game justice and it has a lot of potential. After initially being disappointed at the number of available trakcs, I was very happy to find a bunch of community made tracks from my home country (see for example). It seems like a shame to have all these without a good way to access them (e.g. steam workshop or equivalent). Works really well with my T150 wheel and the steam controller gyroscope. Seemed to require some tweaking to get an xbox controller to work well; a bit of a shame it doesn't default to a decent setup. I'm no expert, but on the default 20C temperature setting it didn't feel or act like any gokart I've ever driven and I was initially a bit disappointed. Down at 10C it seems to behave far more like what I've experienced in real life and I started having a lot of fun. This may just be the kart I'm using, I can't say yet. The more I play the more fun I have. I guess the next time I'm on an actual track will be a good test to see if this sim is helping me improve in real life.. Thrustmaster T150 is not working on this game. Even with the drives installed and everything.:(. It has amazing physics, but im having a problem.in the firt person view it has a bug :/ how can it be fixed?. awsome once i got it all configured. please add ai to the game. Great karting simulator. I like the game, the handling feels kinda real, the grip is sticky as it should be but a bit too much actually. Overall the driving is too easy to be called realistic. The throttle is too forgiving, I tried standing still with a kz1 and then going full throttle while turning the max amount and I barely span. I should be doing doughnuts instantly. Even in a Rotax max (which isn't in the game) you aren't really able to go much over half throttle in most bends because your butt will slide but here I could have 75% or more on a kz1 without problems. The brakes are a bit too unforgiving. The distance of the brakes seem correct but you spin way too easily while using them. A very talented driver can "wiggle" hisin the rain to reduce the distance required to brake. Karts felt kinda slow but maybe that's because I don't get the sensation of speed you get in real life. The kz1 could use more acceleration though for sure. When using ctrl + R to recenter the view the game still thinks that "forward" is i nthe playspace's forward durection so it isn't aligned with my monitor. I suggest changing it so that "forward" is in the direction of the HMD when one press ctrl + R or just remove the recentering all together.. Great karting simulator. Recommend everyone. Good Job PiBoso! I hope GP Bikes and World Racing Series will also be on Steam soon.. So far so good. Since it's only one guy who developed it, I have to say good job! Physics and graphics are ok. Calibration for my wheel and pedals worked well. 5760x1080 resolution is supported as well as VR Headsets. This game has a lot of potential for multiplayer racing. Hope it will receive constant support by dev and modders.
