Kampala - A Magnificent City Of Hills

Kampala affectionately known as 'The Green city in the sun' is a heavenly city, the biggest and most energetic city in the nation Uganda. The regulatory capital of Uganda, KIU
Kampala recaptured its status as the capital city of Uganda after freedom in 1962. The city approaching the Lake Victoria toward the South portrays both frontier and current design, with verifiable and old stories realities and as once a perfect environment for "Impala" the city was alluded to as the "Slope of Impala" which is deciphered in Luganda as "Kasozi K' empala" lastly "Kampala".

Situated on a height of 1,180m above ocean level, Kampala has a populace of around 2 million individuals spread more than 21 slopes on which the city stands. The city has since spread from a 19 square kilometers villa, to turn into the "city of 7 slopes".

Nakasero Hill which is 4,134 feet above ocean level is a local location just as a business area. Fundamental attractions: State House, significant lodgings and strip malls. Kololo Hill which is 4,305 feet above ocean level is a local location with excellent houses and very much arranged streets. Principle attractions: Kololo Airstrip, with a graveyard for "national saints"

Kibuli Hill is a home to Muslims. Principle attractions: Kibuli mosque and Kibuli Hospital

Nsambya Hill which is 4,010 feet above ocean level is known as the home to the Mill Hill fathers. Principle attractions: St. Subsides Pro-Cathedral and Nsambya Hospital.

Naguru Hill (4,331 feet), Mbuya Hill (4,269 feet), Mulago Hill (4,134 feet) is a home to Mulago Hospital and the Uganda Museum, Makerere Hill (4,188 feet) home to Makerere University, Buziga Hill (4,322 feet) and Muyenga Hill (4,3285 feet) are neighborhoods for privileged, Mutundwe Hill (4,312 feet), Mutungo Hill(4,208 feet), Kireka Hill (4,189 feet) a home to Mandela sports arena, Makindye Hill and Banda Hill which is a home to the Queen Mother's royal residence.
