Did you see that pregnancy test on Lois Lane's nightstand? Well, according to Zack Snyder, that detail will mark the future of 'The Justice League'

Zack Snyder's alternate reality includes a future with Superman's son and Lois Lane turning into Batman.
The initial idea was to follow this plot through two more movies at the DCU.

Zack Snyder's 'Justice League' has thrilled fans, who have seen its enormous hype satisfied with more justice than disappointment. 4 hours of action that give space to all the characters and leave us dozens of moments to talk about. But this new remake is also an example of an accumulation of extra scenes, of plots that fans would never want to see discarded but that is understood why. 'Justice League' accumulates everything, including dozens of small plots, character appearances, various endings. Various notes that can be confusing and that together have difficult coherence.

In all that, which would end in something like 'Endgame' after 'Infinity War', is where the son of Superman and Lois Lane would enter, one who would eventually have become Batman. Zack Snyder himself said it to Vanity Fair commenting on that shot of the pregnancy test that he recovered in his reassembly.

Although this is a real mess, in the alternative line, Batman would remain in charge of Lois Lane's safety and die trying to save her. Darkseid would manage to finish off Lois after Lex Luthor pointed her out as the Cryptonian's only true weakness. It is even hinted that Bruce Wayne and Lois would have a relationship after Clark's death.

All of that subplot is out, and not even enough was added to the Snyder Cut version to prepare it, but it would influence the way Superman becomes evil in Batman's nightmare. A reality left here as oneiric, albeit premonitory, from which that plane has also reached us, which does not compromise anything but does hint at it, from the pregnancy test.
