Jobe is resuscitated by Jonathan Walker. He wants Jobe to create a special computer chip that would connect all the computers in the world into one network, which Walker would control and use. But what Walker doesn't realize is a group of teenage hackers are on to him and out to stop his plan.
This is hands down the worst movie I have seen in my entire life. It is the only one I have ever walked out of. Not a single thing was good about it. Terrible acting, filming, story and directing. It was so bad it made my head hurt. Have I made my point?
I'm sorry, but halfway through this movie, I realized I didn't know just what the Samuel B. Hell was going on! This movie does not deserve a long review so I will sum it up in two words:

It stinks! Having jettisoned all but one of the original cast, this cynical sequel retreads familiar ground, provoking both disorientation and déjà vu.
The second part, which is not really connected to the original and has a completely different cast except Austin O'Brien, was released in the UK in a cut BBFC 12 version on VHS and DVD, that is missing approx. 12 seconds. The uncut version was published together with the first part on DVD with a BBFC 15 rating.
