With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduate degree in Human Services with a focus on Executive Leadership and an MBA with a focus in Public Administration, she is able to effectively develop and implement programs. To further support the success of the company, she is trained as an Investigator and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. It is her desire to provide quality services at an affordable rate to keep providers in compliance with regulations and support providers with being person-centered and compliant with HCBS final settings.
