1. Save your color cartridge color
Under normal circumstances, the color cartridge costs more than monochrome (black and white). So, if you have no color, you would think that the printer will print the document using only black ink cartridges, but that may not always be the case. However, the color black that may appear in the document is given to you and can be slightly darker black. When this happens, try using your printer to match the color of the black and color cartridge that your computer sends. If you want to print something that should be black, tell your printer what to print in black and white or grayscale. This will tell you not to worry about exact color matching and for your entire document, use only a black cartridge printer such as hp 26a toner.

Even though you might tell your printer to use only black, HP and Canon laser printers continue to use color cartridges. This slows down the use of color cartridges, but does not stop them completely at these printers. So having a color laser printer at the same time is great when you really need to print something with a black and white printer only and the low cost of the purchase is a better choice because you will not need to use it when in all colors The printer prints only black.

2. Do you not even need a color cartridge?
Some HP inkjet printers are capable of printing only black, even color ink cartridges. So, ignoring this message, your color cartridge runs out of ink, telling your printer to print only in black and white or grayscale, eliminating the need to purchase a color cartridge to save money. If your HP ink jet printer refuses to print an empty color cartridge, the color cartridge. The printer may be complaining, but the most likely print is fine. This only applies to HP inkjet printers that use two (black and white / color) cartridge printing systems.

3. Turn on laser printer toner save function
Most laser printers have a feature that automatically reduces the amount of toner being used while still maintaining a reasonable output quality. Such as HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426FDN printer, If you have set up some features, you can save even more resources when you use HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426FDN Toner.
