Coffee, common in their charm, is now acknowledged as an individual necessity. It is consumed world wide by all degrees of culture, the wealthy, the middle class, and poor people alike.

Legend has it that espresso was discovered by an Arab goat-herder named Kaldi who, in around AD 850, pointed out that his travel of goats was behaving in a unique way following feeding on the fruits rising on a specific evergreen bush. Not adverse to personal analysis, Kaldi sampled the beans, or berries, recognized the "kick" they made, and proceeded right away to share with everybody about his discovery. That history is unquestionably untrue, however contains a few grains of truth.
