ABC and MEES are remarkable initiatives of UGC which will remove rigid boundaries of institute and academic years; and also to ensure zero year loss to students in case of leaving their studies in between.
Multiple Entry Exit System (MEES)

MEES is the visionary strategy that will allow the students to be their own degree maker and reduce the drop-out rates. It will add flexibility in Higher Education System, under which students will be allowed to resume their studies from the leaving point and accomplish their goals in life.According to NEP guidelines, there will be multiple entry and exit points in undergraduate degree. Different customized options to award Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Bachelor's/Master's programme will be organized in levels ranging from Level 5 to Level 10 corresponding to years of completion.
Academic Bank of Credits (ABC)

Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) is another movement to promote flexibility and self-governance in learning which ensure mobility of students across Institute of their choice.
