  •  Eat sufficient proteins:   

Proteins are the building blocks of our body and are very important especially for growing children. We should eat a protein rich diet like milk,  curd, soya, pulses, egg etc. If we are doing more exercises we should intake the proper amount of protein to give the required energy.
