GREEN BAY Cheap San Francisco 49ers T-Shirts , Wis. (AP) The Packers have signed free agent defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson and also acquired quarterback DeShone Kizer.

The team announced the moves a day after the opening of free agency.

Kizer was acquired in a trade with the Browns for cornerback Damarious Randall with drafts picks also involved.

Kizer is expected to serve as the backup to Aaron Rodgers. Kizer was selected by the Browns in the second round of the 2017 draft. He led the NFL with 22 interceptions, went 0-15 and went through numerous growing pains as a rookie starter.

Wilkerson was selected by the Jets in the first round of the 2011 draft.
