STORY

HOLO CORP – a ubiquitous corporate behemoth that (obviously) values profit over ethics. That's why they aren't shy about sending mercenaries to explore and preemptively attack alien worlds in order to obtain precious artifacts and DNA samples for their research. The Greedy Guns team is happy to work for HOLO CORP – as long as they pay well. And do they ever! Too bad HOLO CORP also sells them their guns.

Loads of fun! Highly recommended if you love shooter metroidvanias.. I never knew I wanted to feel like Captain Mifune at the end of Matrix Revolutions yelling "AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!" as he unleashed a storm of bullets uppon a neverending stream of machines.

Now I know.

Feels good, man.

. Welp, that satisfied my Run'N' Gun rage! The areas are well designed, the gameplay is fluid( which makes quite the difference between a good Run 'N' Gun and a mediocre one!) and above all else, CO-OP!!

Greedy Guns is a metroidvania shooter with couch coop gameplay. This combination is really rare, especially on PC. The weapons are interesting and varied, and the way they interact (or don't!) with enemies keep you on your toes.

I've had a lot of fun with it and I think you will too.. This game is pure gold!

What a blast! It manages to hit the sweet difficulty spot where losing only makes me want to try again immediately.
Also it bring back the joyous feeling of the good old arcade shooters!

Unlocking new weapons and abilities actually feels good and useful, rather than gimmicky, while still keeping up the game balance.

Finishing this game was a though, funny and wonderful challenge on my own. I can only imagine playing it co-op!

Hoping someday I can play it with a friend on my Nintendo Switch! :D

. Fun game that does what the box says, shooting and jumping into a bullet hell fun!. I backed this game on Kickstarter and I don't regret it one bit! Really fun mix between metroidvania-style exploration and action packed games like metal slug. The pacing is great, the art style is really good too and they even threw in co-op multiplayer! The game can get really hard as you progress but it never becomes less fun!

Best played with a controller in my opinion.. amazing game of the year love games like this one thinking of getting this game again so i the dev gets some money & give to my friend to enjoy it

. New update - difficulty selection feature :
Greedy Guns’s new feature is the most popular request from our players. Turns out some of us don’t have the same availability we used to have back in our early gaming years. We just don’t have the time to perfect every move, to memorize each pattern, to pay every bill on time (not sure about the last one).
So now Greedy Guns comes with a DIFFICULTY SELECTION screen!


Yep, you’ll now get to choose whether you want it EASY (in case you are playing with the kids of course), NORMAL (as we played it and created it), HARD (if you like getting pummeled only to rise up just like Rocky).

You can select difficulty on game start and DURING the game! So dial it down a bit if you need too or crank it up if that’s your thing.

Play it like YOU like it!

There’s no more reasons not to annihilate all the bosses!
