From a robotic King Kong to ... the son of Godzilla? This has been the evolution of both monsters in the cinema through the decades

Godzilla vs. Kong came as the promise of being the highest grossing premiere of the pandemic , according to the Deadline portal. The polarization caused by the expected confrontation led the public to form part of the narrative and choose a side; Furthermore, the media coverage of the film and the countless number of memes that emerged on social networks have contributed to the commercial success of the so-called MonsterVerse .
