When getting prices and quotes for paper I feel it is wise to give the business owner a rough guide as to how much you are looking to spend, this way they will be able to tell you what they can give you for that price, saving you the time and hassle of having to go through multiple brands and types of paper.

Finding paper is not a problem but knowing who to buy off can be. I would recommend you ask local businesses, friends and family who they buy there paper off. I always like to know who I am buying off and find that using through using referral and recommendations you can find out which businesses are recommended and which ones are not. On this area Do you know who you are buying your paper from and does it matter? Do you prefer to buy from business that has a physical premise or is an internet business OK for you.
