The hugely popular battle royale game, Fortnite, is on its way to China, it seems like. Developer Epic posted a applying Twitter today with the fictional Fortnite character Jonesy's passport, and that is stamped for entry into China on April 23. That could function as the day the experience is because of launch in China.
China is really a massive industry for games, so there is really a lot of likelihood of Fortnite to succeed inside market. However, as PUBG discovered, cheating and hacking are serious concerns in China (along with Fortnite Skins parts from the world). So it is going to be interesting to discover how Fortnite fares.
It's unclear if Epic is bringing Fortnite to China on it's own or by way of a partner.
