FLANGED MILL DIE CAST WITH Screw Holes

When designing a mill die casting, consider the finish of the flange. This will determine the smoothness or roughness of the surface and the type of serrations. There are many options for serrations, and the requirements are different from standard to standard. Some of the common options are continuous serrated, concentric serrated, smooth, mill or rolled finish, or custom machining. You will also have a choice of protective coatings.
