my laptop got off due to low battery. i plugin the power cable.
after some time i restarted the laptop but the screen is not on.
I tried to press capaLk and numlock keys but light not turned on. Also i tired to check the USB port slots working or not by connecting my mobile with USB cable to the laptop. I was ablee to get past this issue by replacing the wires or charger. It was suggested by nathan working at best buy total tech support. After doing the same the problem was resolved.
