Find out the latest Computer Graphics Mcq and method to follow

For the aspirants of Computer Graphics Exams/UGC NET Exam/Interview, we are here to help. The computer graphics MCQ test consists of around 25 questions, and all of the questions can be pretty tricky. So, a candidate needs to stick to a few methods of learning while preparing for the test. For starters, you must have a good idea about how to digitally synthesize and manipulate visual content.

Methods to follow:

You have to increase your knowledge by reading maximum books on computer graphics.

Get hold of a few previous years' question papers. Solve those to understand the pattern and distribution of questions from different chapters.

If there is no negative marking, do not leave out questions unanswered. Take your best guesses for the questions you are unsure of.

If there is negative marking system, do not guess any answer. Stick to your knowledge. Otherwise, the deduction for wrong answers can reduce your overall score.

If it is an OCR MCQ, make sure to darken the choice rightly. Otherwise, even your correct answers can go unmarked by the optical device responsible for checking the answer sheets.

Let us look at a few computer graphics questions that will strengthen your preparations:

Which of the curves are symmetric about the line x=y?

1+x+y=0

|x| + |y| = 9

y = x3

Both (A) & (B)

Answer: The correct answer is "Both (A) & (B) because if the curve equation remains unaltered. If we replace x by y and y by x, the curve will be symmetric about the line x = y.

Which of the following is not a linear transformation?

F: R3 → R2 defined by f (x, y, z) = (x, z)

F: R3 → R3 defined by f (x, y, z) = (x, y-1, z)

F: R2 → R2 defined by F(x,y) = (2x, y-x)

F: R2 → R2 defined by f (x,y) = (y, x)

Answer: A function F(x, y) x (a, b) is linear only if F(ax, ay) = aF(x, y) and F(a+x, b+y) = F(a, b)+ F(x, y). The functions provided in options (A), (C), (D) comply with these conditions but option (B) doesn't.

Aspect Ratio can be defined as -

The ratio of the vertical points to horizontal points

of pixels

Both (a) & (b)

None of the above

Answer: Aspect ratio is the ratio of the vertical points to horizontal points necessary to produce equivalent length lines in both directions on the screen.
