Marijuana is not merely probably the most abused illicit drug in the United Claims (Gold, Frost-Pineda, & Jacobs, 2004; NIDA, 2010) it is certainly the absolute most abused illegal medicine worldwide (UNODC, 2010). In the United Claims it is just a schedule-I material which means that it is legally regarded as having no medical use and it is extremely addictive (US DEA, 2010). Doweiko (2009) describes that not totally all weed has abuse potential. He therefore suggests using the frequent terminology marijuana when referring to marijuana with punishment potential. For the benefit of quality that terminology is used in that report as well.
Today, marijuana are at the front of global controversy discussing the appropriateness of their popular illegal status. In many Union claims it is now legalized for medical purposes. That trend is called "medical marijuana" and is firmly applauded by advocates while concurrently loathed harshly by competitors (Dubner, 2007; Nakay, 2007; Van Tuyl, 2007). Marijuana is a plant more properly named cannabis sativa. As stated, some weed sativa plants do not need punishment potential and are named hemp. Hemp is employed widely for different fibre products and services including newspaper and artist's canvas. Cannabis sativa with punishment possible is what we call marijuana (Doweiko, 2009). It's exciting to see that though commonly studies for many years, there is that experts still don't know about marijuana. Neuroscientists and biologists understand what the effects of marijuana are but they still do not fully realize why (Hazelden, 2005).
