The effect of water content and feed amount of the broken material on the sand production of the percussive sand making machine is mainly analyzed.

1. When the water content of the broken material is controlled in a certain range, it can play an important role in the effect of dust removal, but it will lower the amount of sand production when the water content is high.

2. The effect of the water content of material on the quantity of sand production is as follows:
When the water content of the material is not more than 2%, the dust pollution is serious during the process of crushing, and the dust removal device must be adopted.

3. When the water content of the material is more than 5%, the rate of sand production is obviously reduced, and the output of the material decreases sharply with the increase of the water content of the material.

4. When the water content is up to 9%-11%, the rate of sand production is almost zero.

5. When water content is more than 11%, wet sand production should be used, but the amount of sand production is lower than that of dry process.

The effect of feed quantity on sand production of sand machine:
1. when the feed amount is small, the amount of sand production increases with the increase of feed quantity.
2. when the amount of feed is increased to a certain amount, the amount of sand production reaches the value.
3. when the amount of feed is more than a certain amount, the amount of sand production will be reduced. The reason is the large flow broken stone, the stone thrown most above the rotor flow in the stone is not playing on the anvil's sake.

In particle size, water content and crusher rotor at the same speed, feeding amount, then reduce the content of finished powder sand and modulus of sand particle size increases; when the moisture content of the material, stable material feeding, crushing machine rotor at the same speed, if the particle size increases, the content of stone powder the increase in particle size and modulus decreased; particle size, moisture content, feeding the same amount, rotor speed rise, increase the content of powder sand, particle size reduced modulus.
