This game needs alot of work. Yes it is an early access game but it really needs alot of work still. First of all NPC unites you spawn with, not the officers. Engnies and sometimes a field unit get stuck inside the command centre. The Enemy AI has Wallhack and Aimbot and Triggerbot that is way, waaay too intense. It's like playing against people with a multi hack. There needs atleast to be a difficult setting or something to allow us to change the AI difficulty. Friendly AI cant run as fast as the player and fall behind, get stuck on obsticals or stop moving if they lose track of the player. I do like the game and I do know that it is an early access. The music is sweet and dramatic, it fits in the game in my opinion. Having also 6 officer units that move on their own is really helpfull. Although all they do is run straight into the enemy and die one by one. Either they need to get a buff to make some balance or they need to move in a group to be effective. Or atleast give the player the ability to somewhat put them into a squad or something.. Look, this game needs a serius update before it is actually playable. The Ai needs a rework, specficly your own AI. The UI is still a bit buggy. This game will be great given time, but I would wait until then to buy it.. Eximius has so much potential, but it definitely needs more time and polish to reach its potential. It is obvious that the team behind it are extremely passionate about what they are doing. And I do see them engaging with the players (in discord) to gather feedback and improve the experiance since launch. I wish them the best, and hope Eximius will be able to reach what it set out to achieve.. needs alot of work. animations look wonky,levels are completly silent except for gun shots,ai are actually stupid and the voice acting is awful.. Game has very active developers which lead a strong plan, the excection of the rts/shooter hybrid is well done so far reminding me of natural selection 2 with a larger scale, graphics are very nice and the game feels nice to play.. If a strategy game/first person shooter sounds interesting to you, get this. If you are looking for a AAA Shooter, don't get it just yet. The game is in early access, so there is some tweaking to do but overall there isn't a whole lot of bugs. It just came out of closed beta and they have already done a ton since then. The RTS: If you have played nuclear dawn, it's a lot like that but you can actually command while moving around. If you are looking for a finished product, wait to get this. It is a very fun game with friends, but offline modes aren't as enjoyable AT THE MOMENT.
