This game is good. But you need to have more patient to play it.. i contnget it to work plese sum won help
. When I start on Main menu or editer the mouse is all slow and can't pick the speed it meant to be & mouse movement is to fast & I can't do anything!. This game did not age well and how it looks is not the problem here as, subjectively, it doesn't look to horrible, sometimes better than a lot of new fire and rescue themed games. The main problem is the AI or lack of it to be more precise. That actually makes you lose the game sometimes. Civilians exist only to annoy you and make sure they walk into every dangerous place possible; you tell them to evacuate the building and they just stand there; you try to redirect the civilians - the radius of that is I think less than 10cm. And the path finding, the glorious path finding - you can get your vehicles and people randomly stuck because they can decide that going through a wall is a better way to get to the destination than taking a slightly longer road nearby. This is one of these games that you remember playing during your teenage years, but now it is just time to put it 6ft below the ground.. It's a great concept and is a little fun, the annoyance is with the AI, theyre extremely dumb!! Theres a mission thats more or less impossible to complete as having 3 policemen at the side of the road stopping civillians isnt enough to stop people running into the road! its rediculous. Fun but also challenging. Brilliant! the only thing I think needs updating is when you call in the emergency seviced were you right click somewhere and they go there so we just don't have to go to the same place again and again!. This game is extreme. I am an emergency provider in the real world and I was expecting incidents with 1-4 patients but this is really insane. If you do not block of a scene properly cars plow in at high speed and destroy everything. These missions are not only difficult to beat but difficult to watch. I give credit to the makers of the game but I really found them quite graphic for my taste. If you want to learn about incident management this is certainly one way to make sure you cross your T's and dot your i's. Very detailed game, I'm not a fan of how you have to manage all your providers from PD, to the firemen to all of the Emergency Medical Service providers in detail but If you want a good inexpensive insight into MCIs (Mass Casualty Incidents) this game will sure show you them.
