I figured as much, thank you for the clarification. It is interesting though. My Bayleef has so far been the MVP of my team. It is an interesting take on balancing though, to say the least. Oh well it is a rom hack, and a kaizo one for that matter.

I tried and it worked now I want to know if you can find heart scales in this game and if so how do you find them.
So, when is Quilava supposed to learn another move? level 25 and still at 3 moves is a bit lackluster.. especially compared to the other pokemons I have.

2. Heading to Johto Route 38 gives you the chance to battle Lass Dana, who will give you her phone number after defeating her Electric-type Flaafy and Water-type Psyduck. Occasionally, she'll call you and offer you a Thunderstone as a gift. This is random and unfortunately, there is no way to manually trigger the gift other than to keep playing.
