Too answer your question no there is no rom out yet the games release date got messed up at a lot of stores so not many people actually have the game yet.
This applies to the US, of course. In some countries, backups are legal; however, they are not legal in the US in any way, shape, or form, and don't let people tell you different. If you can't handle being a thief and you need someone to lie to you to make you feel better, then don't steal.

Hi, not sure about other countries. But in Australia you are allowed to keep a spare copy of any games, movies, or music that you own as long as you can prove, if required, that you own the original. That is all a ROM is essentially, a backup.

by the way im using R4 Revolution for DS/DSL.

Roms are pirating, and have been since 1983. Stop believing the stupid rom sites. They don't know what they are talking about. Roms are illegal. It doesn't matter how you get them, how long you have them, why you have them, or if you have the original game. It is illegal. Check the source for verification. Atari v JS&A. Common knowledge to anyone that bothers checking.
As for the game, no, it has not been leaked. The only option is the Japanese rom with the partially translated patch (which you can get from several sources). The game will most likely be around tomorrow. Since there was no leak, the people with the proper tools to rip roms from the DS cartridges will have only just got the game.
