The products printed by Stenter are almost inseparable from the electronic devices we can see. They range from electronic watches, calculators, and general-purpose computers to computers, communication electronic equipment, and only need electronic devices such as integrated circuits. For electrical interconnection, a circuit board screen printer is used. It provides mechanical support for the fixed assembly of various electronic components such as integrated circuits, completes the wiring and electrical connection or electrical insulation between various electronic components such as integrated circuits, and provides the requested electrical characteristics, such as characteristic impedance. At the same time, it provides solder mask graphics for automatic soldering; provides recognizable characters and graphics for component insertion, inspection, and maintenance.

The earliest detection technology used for circuit board screen printers is to compare the standard image with the detected image to stop the gray scale. The more advanced one is to stop the contrast based on the three primary colors of RGB. What is the difference between fully automatic machine inspection and human eye inspection? Take the human eye as an example. When we are attentively looking at a printed matter, assuming that the contrasting color of the printed matter is relatively sharp, the smallest defect that can be found by the human eye is a defect with a contrasting color that is not less than 0.2mm, but it depends on human beings. Talents are difficult to maintain continuous and stable visual effects. But in another case, suppose it is to search for defects in printed matter of the same color series, especially if looking for quality defects in a light color series, the defects that can be found by the human eye require at least 20 gray-level differences. Automated machines can easily find defects with a size of 0.1mm, even if such defects are different from the standard image by only one gray level.

But in terms of theoretical application, even the same full-color contrast system has different ability to distinguish color difference. Some systems can find defects with large changes in contour and color difference, while some systems can identify very small defects. Regarding white cardboard and some simple style printed materials, such as KENT cigarette labels and Marlboro cigarette labels, simple detection may have been enough. However, domestic PCB screen printers, especially various labels, have many characteristics, with Too many flash elements, such as gold and silver cardboard, hot stamping, embossing, or glazing prints, which requires quality inspection equipment to be capable of detecting very small gray-level differences, perhaps 5 gray-level differences. Perhaps it is a more severe 1 gray level difference. From this point of view, the automatic circuit board screen printing machine is crucial to the domestic label market.

PCB is short for printed circuit board. The Flat Screen Printer printed circuit board usually refers to the conductive pattern formed on the insulating material, according to a predetermined design, through the circuit board screen printer into a printed circuit, a printed element or a combination of the two, called a printed circuit. The conductive pattern that provides electrical connection between components on an insulating substrate is called a printed circuit. In this way, the printed circuit or printed circuit product board is called a printed circuit board, also known as a printed board or a printed circuit board.
