Crusher bearing lubrication precautions

1. Precautions for the use of lubricants: In the crusher, the moving jaw and the static plate are the main broken parts. The moving bearings in this place are often active, which requires timely lubrication measures. If not, the friction of the machine parts will soon be damaged. But it must be noted that the lubricant added in this place should be a dry oil lubricant. Some workers will propose that the dry oil will be easily solidified in the winter. The Red Star Heavy Union will add a certain amount of thin oil to the dry oil lubricant to avoid the effect that the lubricant will not solidify during use.
2. Precautions for the amount of lubricant used: In some places of the Quarry crusher, it is necessary to add a thin oil lubricant. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to it. The amount of lubricant added should not be too much or too little. Too much will not only cause waste, but also affect the power tradition due to too much, resulting in a decline in production. Of course, you can't add too little, so you won't get the lubrication effect. The amount normally added should be about one-third of the capacity.
3, the lubricant temperature considerations: in the use of the crusher's thin oil system, must pay attention to its return oil temperature, this temperature value can not exceed 60 degrees. Controlling the oil temperature can be done by adjusting the oil valve to control the flow of the oil or by using water cooling. Only in this way can the normal production of the machine be guaranteed.
4. When the grease is lubricated, a local elastic hydrodynamic film is often inevitable, so it is suitable to add an ultimate pressure-resistant agent to the grease. Thanks to its special properties, it prevents damage to the rolling surface even under harsh operating conditions. If Construction Waste Crusher is lubricated after a long period of work, it is recommended to use a high-temperature resistant lubricant, which will provide better protection for the bearing, such as sodium-based grease and bentonite lubricants.
