Ferrari Energy LLC is a company that was launched by former Ferrari worker and entrepreneur Adam Ferrari. Ferrari Energy, based in 2020, has been the brand name for Ferrari's automobile manufacturing department, Wolfhawk Energy Holding, located in 999 18th Street, Suite 1650S, Denver, Colorado. Adam Ferrari filed paperwork with the Denver Secretary of State's office last week, changing the company name to the Petram Group, LLC.

In addition to his ownership stake in Ferrari Energy, Ferrari is also co-founder and former owner of the Atlanta Braves baseball team. He left that organization to start Ferrari and joined the board of directors of Petram in 2020. According to documents filed with the Secretary of State, Ferrari has an ownership stake in the Denver-based firm through Wolfhawk Energy Holding.

The Denver Office of Attorney General's website states that the business was incorporated in January 2020 and has been active as of January 2020. The website says that the company provides a number of electricity solutions to businesses, governmental organizations, and government agencies across the U.S.. According to court filings, the company was working to create a renewable energy system which would use a combination of wind, solar, geothermal, and biofuels.

According to the filings, Petram and Ferrari didn't enter into a contract. However, in the filings, it says that the two parties signed an program which said that Petram provided the technical know-how, funding, and equipment necessary for Ferrari to establish the project. In a related filing, Petram says it did not supply any capital for its work on the job. According to files, both companies believe they have developed a system which could produce enough power for their various locations.

Both companies are also interested in developing their energy production and sales. They hope to finally make their systems accessible to the general public, but there's not any timetable as to when this may occur.

In the filings, it is said that Petram has an office address of 6500 Westheimer Road, Dallas, Texas, and a telephone number of 773-542-8100. Additionally, it lists its address as 401 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado, and it is a branch of a bank located at 1350 Brighton Blvd., Suite 800, Denver, Colorado.

Along with his ownership stake in Ferrari Energy, Ferrari can also be listed as a manager of a Denver-based company named Gulliver Energy, Inc.. This business sells solar panels, wind turbines, along with other renewable energy devices for companies and people. It's the biggest manufacturer of green energy equipment in the state. According to court records, the company was formed in October 2020 and dissolved in May 2020.

In a related filing, it says that Ferrari founded the organization and served as its president from 2020 before August 2020. It states that he and another investor helped to finance its start up. According to the filings, in addition, he serves as its chief technology officer.

According to a former news release, Ferrari states that he"has considerable responsibility and influence in the management of the venture due to his prior company experiences and experience Ferrari Energy. He continues to work closely together and help me in my ability as co-founder." In addition, he states that he is going to be involved with the business in tackling daily operations and helping select direction."
