What are the ten types of poker hands that players can get?

The ten types of poker hands that players can get are royal flush, straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, two pairs, one pair, and high card. These are the highest to lowest ranks.

Royal Flush: The royal flush is formed with the five strongest cards in a sequence. They are the Ace (A), King (K), Queen (Q), Jack (J), and Ten (10). These cards are of the same suit, that is, the AKQJ10 has the same symbols. For example, ♤A♤K♤Q♤J♤10 is an example of a royal flush.

Straight Flush: The straight flush is also a sequence of five cards that have the same suits. Any sequence with the same suits except that of royal flush makes a straight flush. For example, ♤4♤5♤6♤7♤8 OR ♤8♤9♤10♤J♤Q is a straight flush.

Four of a Kind: Four cards of the same type make this poker hand. 10-10-10-10-K or A-A-A-A-8 are examples of four of a kind. This is the third-highest hand as per poker hand rankings.

Full House: Three cards of the same kind and a pair of cards of the same kind make a full house. A-A-A-K-K is an example of a full house. 2-2-2-7-7 is another example of a full house.

Flush: All the cards having the same suit make a flush. These cards can be random but all five of them have the same suits on them. For example, ♤A ♤5♤7 ♤9 ♤Q is an example of a flush. All the cards have a symbol of a spade.

Straight: A sequence of five cards is called a straight. This is the only rule. The suits of these cards can be all different. For example, ♤4♡5♧6♤7♢8 is straight.

Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same and two other random cards make three of a kind. If you remember the full house, it had three same cards and a pair of the same cards. In three of a kind, there are three same cards and the fourth and fifth cards are different.  An example of three of a kind is 6-6-6-9-K or 2-2-2-9-J.

Two Pairs: There are two pairs in this poker hand. The fifth card is random. J-J-K-K-A is an example. 4-4-6-6-9 is another example.

One Pair: There is a single pair in this poker hand. 4-4-7-9-10 is an example. 8-8-10-J-K is another example.

High Card: None of the rules are followed. Only the highest card is used for judging the winner.
