Dosage

Adult Dose of Norco for Pain
1 to 2 tablets of acetaminophen-hydrocodone 300 mg-5 mg orally every 4 to 6 hours as needed

Maximum dose: 8 tablets of acetaminophen-hydrocodone 300 mg-5 mg daily
