Looking up at the buildings. Of course, it took our attention through its unique structure and shape. Is’nt it?
Do you think it is easy to build big Stories and Skyscrapers? Nope…
There are many resources needed for every small process to build a complete building. Here are some important industries that help to give wonderful structure to buildings.
Building Materials
Building material is any material which is used for construction purposes. Many naturally occurring substances, such as clay, rocks, sand, and wood, even twigs and leaves, have been used to construct buildings. Apart from naturally occurring materials, many man-made products are in use, some more and some less synthetic. The manufacturing of building materials is an established industry in many countries and the use of these materials is typically segmented into specific specialty trades, such as carpentry, insulation, plumbing, and roofing work. They provide the make-up of habitats and structure including homes.

Quantity Surveying
A quantity surveyor (QS) is a construction industry professional with expert knowledge on construction costs and contracts. They are not to be confused with land surveyors or building surveyors. Quantity surveyors who are depreciation specialists assess, calculate and report the tax deductions a property investor can claim annually for the depreciation of their investment property. A depreciation schedule prepared by a quantity surveyor is key to ensuring you maximize the tax deductions available for your building works write off, as well as the depreciation of all assets included in the property.
Estimation
An estimate is a computation or calculation of the quantities required and expenditure likely to be incurred in the construction of a work. The estimate is the probable cost of work and is determined theoretically by a mathematical calculation based on the plans and drawing and current rates.
These are the common formula for construction and the combination of Building Materials, Quantity Management, and Estimation Course available at our Capital College of Management and Technology. When it comes to your house, don’t mess with the rest, trust the best.
