Came for the "PLOT" ( \u0361\u00b0 \u035c\u0296 \u0361\u00b0) stayed for Plot.. I really liked this game. Not sure what all the negative reviews where about.

I would say "it is what it is" because of the nudity and obvious reason why I and everyone else bought it. But on it's own merit, it's really a good game. Not the longest game, but plenty of entertainment. The battles where actually challenging towards the end, most of the characters where charming and likable, exploration was definitely rewarded.. Thumbs up.

I will say, the main character (the one you play as) is a\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 Perhaps a little more than a\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 But, considering hypergamy, he is exactly what he has to be for any of the girls liking him to make sense. I hate to say it, but if he was a nice guy, it would be immersion breaking. I died a little typing that. But it's the truth.

Another note. I was hoping that there would be possible harem ending. There might be, but I'm having a hard time finding out. The process of earning love and obedience points from the girls is grueling (like real life, lol). If you spend your MP charming them, you get p0wned in fights. If you use your MP to survive the fights, the girls hate your guts. Items to serve as social lubricant are scarce at best. The formula for wooing them requires a doctorate in mathematics. (Not really, and devs - please don't stop using advanced metrics like this, they're wicked cool!) Really, about the only way to get one naked or get anywhere with them is to pick one for each play through, give her all the items and attention, and cross your fingers.

Oh, and SAVE FREQUENTLY!! Like before entering EVERY room. You'll run over an event trigger or click on something and you'll be forced to make a choice that has no takesies backsies option. Also, *spoiler alert* don't waste precious resources on the girl with the biggest boobs in the beginning of the game. She dies. I about rage quit on her, lol.

All in all, I give this game 9\/10. Graded on a curve for it being a TnA game and subtracted one point for making it so damn hard to get muh soft core pr0n! ;). I'm impressed it's a nice little rpg with several funny moments but it's very short like 6 hrs or less but it's worth the play. 100% of my "playtime" is failed attempts to launch the game, I have hopes they will fix it because i like AO games but I'm not holding my breath. I really liked this game. Not sure what all the negative reviews where about.

How to get the beta. Jet Engines:
Come melt your face off with our latest jet engine addition to SimpleRockets 2. Put the throttle lever to the metal, and fulfill your need for speed. Full release notes can be found here[www.simplerockets.com].

We really went all out on these. I hit the textbooks and learned about the thermodynamics of jet engines, (which are fascinating, btw) and Kevin created detailed, modular jet engine models. In the end, we have a highly procedural jet engine part that can be used to create anything from old-style turbojets to new low-bypass military turbofans to high-bypass civilian airliner engines.



You can also tweak several visual aspects of the engine, including the shroud style, length, and curvature. Cycle through the available nozzle styles, fan styles, and inlet cones. Here's a quick GIF showing some of the features:



You can tweak the size, bypass ratio, compression ratio, and afterburner and see how it affects the performance. The designer has some extra tools to help analyze performance at different altitudes and airspeeds:



Jet engines need air to breathe, so the new inlet part helps to make sure your jet engines are getting enough air. If you connect an inlet directly to a jet engine, it will only provide air to that engine. If you connect an inlet somewhere else on your craft, it will provide air to any jet engines that don't have sufficient airflow. If you're curious about how your engines are doing, you can click on them during flight and check their Inlet Efficiency to ensure they are getting enough air.



Of course, the fun doesn't stop there. Kevin built two new stock airplanes to show off the new jet engines.


They are a blast to fly and it's fun to watch the new jet engines in action. Don't forget to turn on the new heat distortion particle effects for maximum enjoyment.

. Re-Entry Effects:
They said the Apollo 11 command module re-entered Earth's atmosphere at Mach 36 and temperatures of the air in front of the heat shield reached nearly 20,000° degrees Fahrenheit, which is well beyond the melting point of sanity. Today, I loaded up the latest build of SimpleRockets 2 with the new re-entry effects Philip and I have been working on and I hurtled my command pod at Smearth at nearly Mach 40.



The new, resizable Heat Shield part is protecting the command pod and if you have really good eyes you can see in the lower left that it reaches over 13,000° Celsius. The command pod is mostly protected, though it does take some damage from the excessive heat. The G-forces from the deceleration (which I did not measure) would undoubtedly turn any person into a pancake of squishy. So, while I am way hotter than Apollo 11, my astronauts would be far more deader. It's a good thing we don't have any astronauts in SR2 yet.

We're really excited about the new effects. Players have been asking for them for ages and we really struggled with how to tackle the visual effects. Philip did a great job with them and we're all really happy with how they turned out. We also reworked the drag model so we could monitor part temperatures. Amazingly, after implementing some thermodynamics equations discovered by really smart people, the model seemed to be about right without much tweaking. Of course, I'm sure when you all get your hands on it, you'll find all the hidden features (ie - bugs).. Beta version 0.7.0.2 is now available:
Version 0.7 includes a big upgrade to rocket engine customizability, major improvements for building airplanes, and a whole lot more. This is the third round of beta testing. Hopefully the last. Most of the high-level, boss bugs have been vanquished.

Features. Cargo Bay:
The cargo bay will open the door to many possibilities. The most obvious being the space shuttle. There are many more possibilities, but it really hinges on your creativity. I know the creativity of our players is far greater than my own and I can't wait to see what you do with them.



The cargo bay is our most complicated procedural part. It can be resized just like the fuel tank, so it can take on an infinite number of shapes. You can also change the angle the doors open as well as their speed.



My son just pointed out to me that the green one looks like a coffin. That wasn't the intention, but just add that to the list of things you can make with the cargo bay part. You could also use it to house custom-made, retractable landing gear. Or you could make a bomb bay (we don't have bombs, but you can pretty much make anything with the fuel tank part). Or set the open angle to zero and use it as a hollow fuselage.

Now that I have you, I should mention a little something about our launch date. Today we looked over the remaining tasks and the long list of bugs and we came to the conclusion that we are extremely unlikely to launch by end of summer (Sept 22nd). We are now putting our launch date in October. I am confident this will be the last slippage of schedule. If I'm wrong, I will eat black licorice. I hate black licorice.
