Resurrecting successful brands gone past and tapping into their glory days is no new concept at Drop Jordan and they’re at it again with this laid-back pair of new Jordans. The subtle but classy alteration of the sneakers first saw the day of market light a little over 4 years ago and confirmed reports have it that the edition will be brought back this year in a stylish iteration.

The new edition Air Jordan 11 Win Like 96 pretty much in the architectural footsteps of its famous cousin but a bit of welcomed remastering is the offing as the company looks to release an upgrade of the 2013 edition. It will, therefore, incorporate some new design touches and, of course, a bit of revitalization.

Just like the one before it, the adidas NMD Singapore Low “Cool Grey” follows the two-tone line on the color scheme front with the upper façade split into two contrasting shades of grey. The display comprises an island of light grey that surrounds the face and sides of the tongue with the remaining distance between border and midsole taken over by a gloss covered deeper shade of the same color. A touch of white comes in the way of beautifully entwined laces that are held artistically in place by cascading lace lock strips.

A white midsole offers relief to the overwhelming grey theme as it couples the reflective layer preceding it beautifully. Cheap Air Max, on the other hand, takes on a whole new variation bringing in a new color code into the mix in the form of a subtle bluish-grey shade that consumes a good part of the midsole before culminating in an extended edge at the toe area that joins the latter directly to the base.
