Baby's First Superfoods | Bajra Pumpkin Daliya | Baby Food

Bajra and Pumpkin Porridge is an excellent healthy baby food. Bajra provides fiber, and pumpkin is rich in vitamin A. Boost your child’s growth with nutritious weaning foods.

Ingredients:

  • Bajra (pearl millet): 3 tbsp
  • Pumpkin pieces: ¼ cup
  • Water: 1 cup

Steps:

  1. Soak the bajra for 2 hours.
  2. Pressure cook it with the pumpkin pieces and half a cup of water.
  3. Let it cool, then blend to make a paste.
  4. Add water to achieve the desired thickness.
