What is the Asian Quarterfinal Handicap?

In the quarterfinal Asian handicap, strictly speaking, it is a double bet at the tabonline mobile site. Because in this variation, your bet is split between the two AHC bets. Depending on the quarter chosen (eg 0.25 or 0.75), the actual bet is placed on two adjacent Asian handicaps. This fact leads to numerous scenarios of the profit structure, which we want to consider in more detail below. This principle of betting may seem confusing or complicated at first, but it is not at all. This table is for clarification.

Asian Handicap 0.25 (0, 0.5)

As mentioned, there are actually two different bets on the 0.25 Asian Handicap. Your bet will be split equally between the two AHCs 0 and 0.5. For you, this means, above all, a huge reduction in risk. The best way to explain how this works is with a specific example. Bayern are considered, according to the bookmakers in the away game in Borussia, as a small favorite. The best betting strategy right now is either Dortmund with a slight edge or Bayern with a slight disadvantage. Therefore, you choose AHC 0.25 in order to get relatively balanced odds.

- Tip: for Bavaria | AHC -0.25 | Quota 1.90
- Tip: on BVB | AHC +0.25 | Quota 2.10

Let's say you bet € 20 on the alleged outsider Dortmund - then the bet is divided up to € 10 each by AHC 0 and AHC +0.5. If BVB wins the game, both clues are clearly successful and you can look forward to a profit of € 42 (= € 22 net proceeds). If the match ends in a draw, you win the AHC +0.5 bet and also get back the AHC 0 bet. The profit is then € 31, which is € 11 in net profit. Victory in Bayern Munich bet lost. Now suppose the opposite is the case, when you set AHC -0.25 for Bayern. If you win the favorite, you will be sure of € 38, because both of you will win sports bets. In the event of a tie, you lose your Asian Handicap bet -0.5, but at least get your bet back from AHC 0. You have € 10 out of 20. If the BVB wins, you lose both bets and get nothing.

Asian Handicap 0.75 (0.5, 1)

The Asian Handicap +/- 0.75, which consists of two variations +/- 0.5 and +/- 1, is very similar to the AHC +/- 0.25. Your bet will be split between these two bets. At bookmakers, Southampton is a clear favorite against Burnley - with an AHC 0.75, however attractive - and always striving for in this type of bet - balanced odds in a range of around 2.00. Again, as in the previous examples, you draw € 20, which is then split between two AHC bets of 0.5 and 1.

- Advice: about Southampton | AHC -0.75 | Quote 1.80
- Tip: about Burnley | AHC +0.75 | Quota 2.10

The odds of roughly doubling your stake are around 50 percent. Let's say you chose the option described above and bet € 20 on Southampton. If Southampton can now win with at least two goals, you win both the AHC -0.5 tip and the AHC -1 tip. In this case, your profit will be 36 euros. If Southampton can only manage to score a small win with one goal, then you only win the Asian handicap of -0.5. On the second bet AHC -1, you get your bet back. Thus, you get a profit of 18 euros, which means plus 8 euros. In case of a draw or win, Burnley loses the entire bet. What does it look like now, did you decide to bet AHC +0.75 on the underdog Burnley? A Burnley win, but also a draw, will be enough for both of you to win sports bets and come out with a profit of 42 euros. If Burnley is defeated only one goal against Southampton, the bet loses +0.5. On a second bet of +1, you will receive your € 10 stake back. Then you come out with minus € 10, but the bet is at least not completely lost. Go to Burnlip with a clear defeat (2 or more goals difference) on the field, you lose both partial bets. Bets with Asian Quarter Handicap +/- 1.25, +/- 1.75, etc. are exactly the same as described.
