Advantages and disadvantages of different kind of athletic track top coat installation

Theathletic trackis composed of polyurethane rubber and other materials. It has certain elasticity and color, and has certain UV resistance and aging resistance. It is internationally recognized as the best all-weather outdoor sports ground material. However, the surface of the athletic track can also be divided into several categories, and different surfaces have different performances:
1)Pour granules top coat
Apply one layer PU on the top coat first, another guy directly pour the EPDM granules on the PU layer.
Advantages: very soft and comfort surface
Disadvantages: The granules easy to fall off, and high cost

2)Spray top coat
After mixed the PU and EPDM granules, spray it out by the spray machine
Advantages: not easy to drop granules, wear-resistant,economic price.
Disadvantages: poor elasticity

3)Spray Special Polyurethane without granules.
Through a certain proportion of the polyurethane material, the polyurethane copolymer formed by the chemical reaction is sprayed on the surface of the track by the sprayer to automatically generate a uniform texture of unevenness, so as to achieve a certain friction coefficient and meet the anti-slip and other indicators.
Advantages: very wear-resistant, high comfort, better elasticity.
Disadvantages: Moderately priced, demanding climate, only for sandwich track and full PU track.
