A2 ghee is made from pure-bred, highest quality milk of Gir cows. Other foreign-bred cows are genetically altered in labs by mixing different varieties to maximise milk production at the sacrifice of quality. Unlike other ghee’s that are made mechanically with a focus on quantity, A2 Ghee is made using the traditional ‘Hand-Churned Bilona Process’, which keeps the process heat at a minimum and preserves maximum nutrients.
