The scholarship is designed to help in funding higher degree education for those already attending or planning to go or who are attending or planning to attend an accredited college or university who wish to further their research in a particular field of science. In addition, this scholarship can also be designed to aid in financing graduate and post graduate studies in areas of specific interest to Adam. The areas of focus for this scholarship include: Physical Therapy, Math/Computer Science, and Mathematics.

As an entrepreneur, Adam has utilized his experience in the health sciences and Math to launch and manage many innovative online enterprises which have generated several six figure annual revenues. Most importantly, these ventures are financed through equity. While managing these ventures, Adam has been forced to experience several private injuries that led to him spending months in the hospital and requiring total medical care. To supply his continuing medical needs, as well as to meet his desire to keep on innovating and launching new business opportunities, he's always raised annual donations so as to satisfy these requirements.
