When you are determined to achieve your dreams, you send a signal that summons all the resources of the Universe to help you find ways over, under, or around obstacles. No other human power can match that of determination. It is what separates those who succeed from those who fail. It is the secret of miracles.

The similarities between A Course in Miracles and many NDEs are striking. But it’s unlikely that they could have influenced each other via culture, since the Course was published in 1972, before NDEs came into wider public attention with Raymond Moody’s 1975 book Life After Life.
