Nominalisations are all of us talk about a verb, process or even an action as this is a noun, as if is certainly an object no 'thing'. For example, 'relationship'. In reality relationship is not something that it's totally hold, touch, see or a thing you have. Instead we relate as being a process.

These assumptions, developed and cemented from my life experiences (good and bad), form our mental models. These in turn distort our leadership lenses through which we gaze at world. How you lead people is affected profoundly by our listings. If a manager's lens is distorted by the debris of hardened assumptions, this helps it to be that more difficult for her to likely be operational to other views and possibilities.

A leader may have no education yet be knowledgeable in certain areas.
