塗防曬霜的幾個錯誤做法,不防曬還傷身!

塗防曬霜不是越多越好

日常工作時,面部使用某一種帶防曬功能的BB霜/粉底/日霜/乳液即可,不需多層塗抹,因為護膚品中的防曬指數並不會疊加,相反塗太多層也會對皮膚造成負擔,堵塞毛孔,容易誘發損容性疾病的發生。

防曬系數不是越大越好

防曬系數大的防曬霜雖然防曬時間長,但亦會加重皮膚的負擔,代謝排出的耗時更長。亞洲人皮膚比較細膩,日常外出不提倡用太高度數的防曬,因為防曬霜裡的化學成分本身就可誘發皮膚色素沉著。防曬要按情況來選擇一定防曬系數的防曬產品。普通上班族的日常外出,無需超過一個小時暴曬在陽光下時,選用SPF15-20,PA+的防曬產品就能滿足防曬所需。

防曬霜霜該怎麼用:

可用拍打的方法擦防曬霜

質地濃稠的防曬用拍,質地稀薄的用抹。著急出門的時候,匆匆忙忙塗上防曬霜,但系數越高質地就越濃稠,也就越塗不均勻,不妨用拍打的方法擦防曬吧:先將防曬霜擦點在最容易曬到的部位,如額頭、鼻子、臉頰,輕輕暈開後,拍打均勻即可,又快又方便。質地稀薄的防曬品延展性也較好,均勻抹開即可。

難擦部位用高倍防曬品

在外補擦防曬霜時很難面面俱到,總是一下子不小心漏了難擦的地方,因此出門前,可先將高系數的防曬油仔細擦在眼周、雙唇、耳朵、腋下、腳背等細節,系數高的防曬品能延緩曬黑時間,若不小心遺漏忘瞭補擦,還能撐過一段時間。

防曬食物有哪些?

高維C水果

維生素C是“永遠的美膚聖品”,幾乎每個皮膚科醫生都會讓你每天吃2—3份高維C的水果,番石榴、獼猴桃、草莓、西紅柿或是柑橘類都可以。

黃紅色蔬果

紅色、橘黃色蔬果及深綠色葉菜,如胡蘿卜、芒果、西紅柿、木瓜、空心菜等,都含有大量胡蘿卜素及其他植物化學物質,有助於抗氧化,增強皮膚抵抗力。

豆制品

大豆中的異黃酮是一種植物性雌激素,它也具有抗氧化能力。

綠茶

喝綠茶或是使用含綠茶成分的保養品可以讓因日曬導致皮膚曬傷、松弛和粗糙的過氧化物減少約1/3。一般健康人喝茶養生,每天2—4杯較合適。
