The system normally comes with polypropylene legs and galvanize frame if could anything happen, that is only for the polypropylene legs tri support. Tri support which is polypropylene (plastic)  raised legs, it help to raised the system. if this brake we will replace it and warranty only for that part and Never been informed any one had any issue so far.  No warranty for ladders, hatches, shelving etc. 

>Please note: Loft boarding system has to be maximum of 25kg permanent storage and maximum of 100kg one person at a time can walk on it.
