Yes, that's what I said.. My kids think the WiFi at the top of the mountain has weak signals. Even though it's not huge, the hill is not within normal range of cell networks. My children have to search for better internet connections while my wife and I set up up small camping sites. We're planning to stay there for a few days. The nearby creek provides fresh water. Yes.. My wife is unable to camp without sufficient water. We always bring our own.
