There's not wish good, old H2O. It hydrates you - simply no extra sugar and fats! Drink water with your meals instead of soda or juice. And like every doctor says, drink at least 8 glasses an event. It will keep you healthy, make the skin look good and even keep you eating too much. So, drink up!
