The Green Belt certification is the second level of Lean Six Sigma Certification. It is a step up from the Black Belt Certification, which is the highest level of Lean Six Sigma. To become Green Belt Certified, you must complete the following requirements: 1. Green Belt Training Session (2-3 days)
2. Green Belt Exam
3. Complete 100 hours of project work
4. Obtain at least 12 months of experience in a Lean Six Sigma project after receiving the Green Belt certification.
