A grandiose continuation of the sniper shooter, whose actions move to Italy in 1943, where the main character will have to help the local resistance, destroying the Nazis. As in the previous part of the series, the fourth part invites players to pick up the main sniper rifle weapon and use it to destroy German troops in packs. Of course, players can fight not only with a rifle, but also with other types of weapons, and there are many of them in the game. The plot takes players to 1943, and events start almost immediately after the third part of the series.
