One of the most recent decisions I have made was to wake up early in the morning so that I could spend time to have physical exercise as well. I have been to being a nocturnal person, sleeping at the wee hours of the morning and waking up until noon. In all of those times, I have felt my body to weaken probably because it is not able to recover based on the natural body restoration clock.

The bestessays.com team may have probably written something about how waking up early in the morning is beneficial for our bodies. But as students, most of us may probably argue that waking up early in the morning is a hard thing next to submitting the academic requirements. In addition to this, sleeping early may very well be a luxury than a necessity.

However, if we would consider the long term benefits of sleeping early and waking up early the morning after, it might give us enough motivation to consider our sleeping and waking habits. Sleeping is not just for our benefit but for those whom we serve as well. Our bodies function best when it is well rested. After all, a car that is empty cannot run on empty.
