I was willing to give this game a try. It is tailored for a controller to play the game so I am guessing that they are targeting console users? The combat is horrendous making it very difficult after the first mob to want to even fight more. The reason the combat is so terrible is a simple thing realy. Evertime you attack it lunges you forward and you wind up over shooting your target forcing this akward position that makes you have to reposition for another atatck. I can understand if a power attack change your position a little but a normal attack should not. You are using a sheild and what appears to be a long sword.That is not a practical use of either. So if they can not get combat right this game will be a huge dissapointment. And another issue I see is that all of the flora in the game moves in weird patters, trees tend to just blow wildly.. You have a companion who just stays in the background, no help whatsover so you're left to fight this creature alone, good luck to anyone who beats it. I don't have the patience to run in circles hitting the creature and causing very little damage, you could be there for a week. Another issue is the clipping through rocks and the grass textures are not on the ground. High hopes were quickly dampened. Refunded.
